The first stage of trip design is getting to know you – our guests. Once we become more familiar with your specific wishes and interests, we design a custom itinerary specific to you – these are not packaged tours, nor do we ever run group tours. Normally we will start out with a rough sketch of your itinerary, give you a range of accommodation options, and the additional experiences that will make your trip unforgettable.

 

Once we have agreed on a basic version of your trip, we will begin the booking process and get specific details, pricing, etc. For this step, we usually require a trip-planning fee, which not only covers the work that goes into planning and creating a custom, bespoke itinerary, but also provides a safety net during your trip. When planning a complicated itinerary with multiple stops and complicated routes, hiring guides, and looking for insider’s advice on accommodation, dining, and unique experiences, Epic Europe expertise and assistance create a seamless and memorable journey. And we hope that you can see the value in the work that we do during these steps.

 

If you can’t see the value in the work that we will do during these steps, you are probably better off researching and booking your own trip.
