After a disappointing dry November, December has come on strong, dumping almost 2.5m of snow in just a week. Storms lined up in the North Atlantic just keep pounding the Alps, and resorts have been playing catch-up, trying to control the pistes and secure the resort for the throngs of skiers who are stoked for these incredible early-season conditions.
Naturally, we have been taking advantage of the powder, dropping into some of our favorite top-to-bottom runs from the high alpine, all the way down through summer alpages and farmer’s chalets, all the way to the valley floor. This is the quintessential European ski experience - and if you’ve never done it before, this just may be your year. The snowpack is in, and cold temps and more storms on the way have ensured a white Christmas for the entire Alps region. Come and join us for some incredible early-season Swiss powder conditions - you will not regret it.
