Our last ski trip of the season was a pretty cushy job - we guided renowned travel photographer Andrew Rowat to the best restaurants in Zermatt and Cervinia for a feature article that will be published in February 2013’s Bon Appétit Magazine.
Drawing on our network of chefs and restaurauteurs in these two legendary ski resorts, we hit all of the best spots, learned the secrets of their signature dishes, and even managed to ski some powder in-between lugging Andrew’s heavy medium-format Mamiya film cameras all over the mountains. A great way to wrap up the season, look for the story next winter!
