You know it’s a good winter when the storms have been given names. We just got blasted by “Tempête Andrea”, who dropped 2+ meters of snow, then blasted us with close to 200 kph winds, snapping entire forests like matchsticks. Ski lifts were closed, while helicopters dangled logs from a cable to knock snow from trees that were leaning on the lift cables.
Needless to say, the skiing is very good right now.
