At 1100 meters, a few minutes’ walk from the center of Megève, the 5* Alpaga offers a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. Built in the tradition of local farms, 11 chalets have come together to create this luxury 5* star hamlet.

 

The 27 rooms and 5 chalets are decorated with elegance, authenticity and a slight contemporary style. Warm and delicate fabrics, faux fur blankets, pillows, wool and flannel quilts and raw materials such as stone and engraved granite blend perfectly with their natural surroundings. With walls of black granite and large pool, the Spa La Colline is a haven of tranquility. Restaurant La Table d’Alpaga, where Chef Christophe Schuffenecker revisits Savoyard cuisine, is a celebration of the region. Large patios and balconies offer fabulous views of the Megève landscape and architecture: traditional shingle rooftops, wooden eaves and wooden balconies.

 

The Alpaga also offers an exclusive collection of private chalets located in Megève, delivering the same 5* hotel service. Modern or more traditionally-designed chalets are available, handpicked for their quality and location.

 

SPA & WELLNESS: Spa La Colline is a chic oasis complete with hammam, gym, and a pool with massage jets and a bubble couch finished in black granite. Facials, body wraps and scrubs, manicures and pedicures, reflexology and massages are carried out in two treatment cabins.

 

FOOD & DRINK: La Table de L'Alpaga, 1 Michelin star. With a base of French cuisine, chef Christophe Schuffenecker creates a menu of regional items, selected with great care from local producers. Blending tradition and innovation, he proposes a large choice of culinary delights, from a simple to sophisticated cuisine. Less-formal “L'Onyx” is bistrot-chic without neglecting the Haute Savoie classics, served in a contemporary setting; open for lunch and dinner.

 

LOCATION: Only 5 minutes by carriage from the heart of the village, opposite Mont-Blanc, the Alpaga is blessed by nature.
