A 700 year-old Walser farming village above the resort town of Champoluc, on the western end of the Moterosa Ski region is the setting of one of the most unique hotels in our collection. The Hotellerie de Mascognaz has been assembled, renovated, and restored with careful attention to tradition and detail, with an impeccable alpine style, and combining the essential comforts and luxury where applicable. The gastronomy and wine compliments the setting, using local products, done with refined execution and rustic elegance.
The hotel is situated at 1.822 metres above sea level, and is unique because it consists of 23 rooms in a variety of styles and sizes, in different chalets all within the village of Mascognaz, all within easy reach of the main facilities (restaurant, bar, reception, spa and swimming pool).
WELLNESS: Extensive spa and wellness area consisting of and 18 meter swimming pool, hydro-massage pool, sauna, hammam, "Kneipp Therapy" and a relaxation room. In-house massage therapists specializing in Ayurvedic technique, beauty treatments and sports massages.
FOOD & DRINK: Two of the highest restaurants in the Alps, Restaurant Lo Pejo & Lo Miete, specialize in the regional products of the Valle d'Aosta. Lo Pejo serving more traditional recipes in a rustic atmosphere, and Lo Miete with its elegant dining room offers a refined take on Aostan cuisine.
