In 1856, when the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz opened its doors for the first time, its founder, Johannes Badrutt, initiated a tradition that is very much alive today: to provide each of their guests, young or old, with a cherished and unforgettable memory. The Kulm Hotel St. Moritz is characterized not only by style but also by originality, the lovingly preserved original decor a combination of late 19th century elegance and local, Engadin elements.
The history of winter tourism and deluxe hotels in St. Moritz can be traced to the opening of the Kulm; the Grand Restaurant enjoys an extraordinary status as the first place to install electric lights in Switzerland in 1878. Since then, St. Moritz has developed into one of the most famous resorts in world.
The Kulm is also home to the Dracula Club a social institution in St. Moritz. Founded by original Dracula Gunter Sachs, the club has been “the” hot spot in St. Moritz since its opening in 1974, and since then, it has hosted the most exclusive parties in recent history.

FOOD & DRINK: Le Grand Restaurant, and its historic dining room serve the half board evening meal, a 6-course menu of your choice. The Pizzeria is a typical Italian trattoria specializing in refined pasta dishes and pizza, as well as meat and fish. The Chesa al Parc with its beautiful sun terrace serves traditional Swiss specialties. The Miles Davis Lounge is a place where connoisseurs and music lovers come together for live music.
